In Virus and Threat Protection settings, Controlled Folder Access is off. For a long time it was at 0% activity but then it did go up to 25% activity. Calibre launches but it hangs in the background. I'm not 100% sure if this is the problem but I believe the most recent Definition update is blockingД¬alibre from starting up completely. Then there was an Security Definition update Jan 8 and Jan 9 now it just hangs in the background on the splash screen.
